Nepali team for winning gold medal in the 12th South Asian Games men’s football.Nepal defeated India 2-1 in the sensational finals played at Guwahati this evening.According to a press statement issued by his secretariat, Prime Minister Oli congratulated the Nepali players, coaches and all members personally as well as on behalf of the Government of Nepal for the victory.
Oli said Nepal winning gold medal in the SAG football after 25 has made the entire country proud of the team. “This victory by the Nepali players will be remembered for a long. The government will leave no stone unturned to honour the players (for the achievement).”
