Science says Halitosis to the problem of bad smelling breath in the morning. The habits of not cleaning teeth, with not proper way of sleeping and eating some food will cause the smell in the breath. If mouth gets dry at the time of sleeping, then it also causes the smell of breath. There are lots of cause of bad smell of breath, also there are lots of different ways to solve this problem.
1. Make a habits of Toothbrushes before sleep
If proper care and dental hygiene is done, it will remove the problem of bad smell from your mouth. It also helps to prevent from different dental problems.Brushing your teeth in early morning and before sleep will decrease the problem of bad smell from your mouth.
2. Clean tongue once a day
When you are having a bad smell from your mouth, then you may have thick white algae in your tongue These moss foul makes the formation of bacteria. So, after brushing your teeth, make a habit of cleaning your tongue with soft brush. The hard force on your tongue during this clean may loss your Test Bud which will cause the difficulty in identification of flavor and taste.
3. Rinse mouth with Salt water
Mouth wash with alcohol will cause the dry in your mouth.So, try to have a domestic things to rinse . Rinse your mouth with 1 glass of lukewarm water for a half teaspoon of salt and the water.This will kill the bacteria of your mouth. and keep your mouth fresh.You even can find mouth wash with out alcohol. You can use that mouth wash for rinse.
4. Have a habit of taking a breath from your nose before sleep
Remember one thing before sleep, “nose is for breath and mouth is to eat” Practice to breath from your nose for some days and and make a habit of sleeping with closed mouth and breathing from nose at sleep also.
5. Drink 1 glass of water before sleep
Your body lacks water during the sleep and dry your mouth which will cause the bad smell in your mouth.So at least 8 glasses of water in a day, and 1 glass of water before sleep must drink.Drinking of 1 glass of milk before sleep will also cause the relief from bad mouth smell.
6. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
Eating a plenty amount of fruits and vegetables, such as carrot, cucumber, apple, etc., will help in relief from bad breathing trouble.
7. Consult a physician
Applying following methods is also not helping for relief will become some another problem. So, consult with the doctors about it.Everyone at least once a year need to check their teeth into dental physician is necessary.
